The Challenge:
How to adapt a message for several audiences in record time?
With a tight deadline, we were challenged to create communication solutions for a top-of-the-line retailer's technology.
Not every day is there an opportunity to collaborate with a company at the forefront of technology. Thinking about the future, imagining how to communicate new tools for our daily lives, excites us. Not having a template for what we can create can lead to very productive brainstorms, but when time is of the essence, we define goals, identify audiences, and follow the path.
The Solution:

It is impossible to predict when new challenges will arise. So, B16 keeps procedures and equipment ready to solve any situation. A communication channel is always open and available for the customer, to ensure their vision will be effectively translated.

Adapting to the personas of potential customers identified by Sensei Tech was the key point to anchor the creative process. The video concept we built was POV, mimicking the user’s own point of view. Finding short, dynamic narratives demonstrating this technology’s potential was a natural extension of the characters we developed and the personalities we found to bring them to life.
